New - High Current Connectors

Solid Sealing Technology introduces two new series of high current connector solutions. These connectors are rated for currents from 69 to 250 amps and incorporate SST?s ceramic to metal sealing technology for use in UHV, pressure, cryogenics, and gas/plasma processing applications. Both series provide an ideal solution for high current applications which maximize ratings, safety, and the connection interface.

Conductors are silver plated copper on the airside in order to reduce contact resistance and range in diameters of .142 inches to .375 inches. Pin densities include 1,2,3 & 4-pin configurations.
 
Airside plugs are included with all assemblies and have crimp style contacts for wire/cable installation. Standard assembly installations include weldable, ISO quick flanges or conflat flanges.

New - High Voltage Hermetic F/T

SST introduces a new high voltage feedthrough rated for 70,000 volts and 9 amps. This feedthrough can be mounted into various flanges and plate sizes including a NW 63CF Flange.

The conductor is a 4.78 mm 304 St. St. conductor with a 1/2-13 thread on the air side.

New - Connector 62-Pin High Density

Solid Sealing Technology now offers the Vacuum Industry with a 62 Pin High Density Connector Solution. This new connector is designed and manufactured with stainless steel pins and shell. The insulation utilizes SST?s glass ceramic sealing technology providing a leak tight assembly capable for UHV applications. The conductors are gold plated 0.7mm diameter pins with a current rating of 2 amps and voltage rating of 500 V.

The high density connector can be supplied to [[%1% %2%|customers]] as a weldable unit or as an assembly in an industry standard flange, fitting, or custom plate configuration. An industry standard plug is available for the single ended connectors on the airside connection.

New - Baseplate Octal Connector

Solid Sealing Technology now offers the Vacuum Coating Industry with an 8-Pin Double Ended Baseplate Connector Assembly. This new connector is designed and manufactured by SST and utilizes SST?s glass ceramic sealing technology providing a leak tight assembly. The conductors are 2.3 mm diameter Alumel pins on the vacuum side with a current rating of 5 amps. The complete assembly with plugs has a voltage rating of 350V DC and temperature capability of -25?C to 205?C.

The high density connector can be supplied to customers on a one inch baseplate, as a weldable unit or as an assembly in an industry standard flange, fitting, or custom plate configuration. Industry standard plugs are available for both sides of the double ended connector.

New - Vacuum Break, 90 kV
spacer (1K)

Solid Sealing Technology now offers a 90 kV high voltage vacuum break mounted on on NW 35CF flanges with one end rotatable. The 214 mm  isolator assembly has an ID of 30mm. SST has designed and manufactured this assembly for UHV and high temperature (450?C) applications. SST's new 90 kV vacuum break is an ideal reliable isolator solution with lower costs and shorter deliveries.
